These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and telor33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all features, content, tools and services made available at telor33.cam and all associated subdomains or digital properties operated under the telor33 brand.

telor33 is an English-language online entertainment and information platform focused on casino games, sports betting, payment guidance and responsible gambling information for Malaysian adults. By accessing any part of the telor33 platform, creating an account or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside telor33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following terms, when used in this agreement, shall carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To create and maintain a telor33 account, each User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as the account remains active:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. telor33 applies a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all casino-style gaming and sports betting activities, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. telor33 will verify age through the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of telor33 is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not register.
• Single account: You may hold only one account on the telor33 platform. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent promotional restrictions — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All registration details, including your full name, date of birth, Malaysian identity document number and contact information, must be accurate, complete and kept current.
• Prohibited persons: Employees, directors, agents and contractors of telor33, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as Users or participate in promotions.

telor33 grants each eligible, registered User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the telor33 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, crawlers or scripts to place wagers, exploit games or extract data.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or abuse of bonus systems.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any part of the telor33 platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform through denial-of-service attacks or similar methods.
• Publishing false, defamatory or misleading content that could damage telor33's reputation or mislead other Users.

telor33 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of outstanding balances and referral to relevant authorities, without prior notice.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. This includes the password, any one-time authentication codes and any device-level access controls that protect access to the account.

• Do not share your password or OTP codes with any third party, including telor33 support staff. telor33 will never ask for your password.
• Use a unique password for your telor33 account that is not reused across other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where this is made available.
• Log out of your account when accessing telor33 on a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account through the official support channel immediately.

telor33 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials. Refund requests relating to such incidents will be assessed on a case-by-case basis following a security review.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. telor33 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform at the relevant time. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied.

telor33 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and supported card types. Cryptocurrency options including USDT (TRC20) may also be available subject to account verification status.

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Indicative ranges are set out in the payment guides on the platform.
• Processing times are estimates only. E-wallet transactions (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed faster than bank transfers through FPX.
• telor33 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider, bank maintenance periods or incorrect account details supplied by the User.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account held in the User's own name.
• telor33 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending security review, documentation checks or during periods of high transaction volume.
• Bonus-related restrictions may prevent partial or full withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. These conditions are set out in each individual promotion's terms.

telor33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional offers at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific individual terms that supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live dealer tables, jackpot slots and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum conversion: Where a maximum bonus-to-cash conversion limit applies, it will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap may be removed from the account balance.
• Abuse: telor33 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where it determines that promotional offers have been abused, whether through staking patterns, account duplication or other methods.

telor33 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The platform provides tools and information to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Use of the platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a reflection period.
• Session time reminders: Alerts may be configured to notify Users when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, access to wagers and deposits will be restricted.

Users are granted a limited right to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only. The following acts are expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of telor33:

• Reproduction, distribution or public display of any part of the telor33 platform content.
• Creation of derivative works based on telor33 materials.
• Use of telor33 trademarks or branding in a manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scraping, harvesting or otherwise extracting data from the platform in a systematic manner.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by Users to telor33 may be used by telor33 without restriction and without any obligation to compensate the User.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, telor33, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses; loss of data; loss of profits; business interruption; or damage to reputation.

telor33's total cumulative liability to any User in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

telor33 does not guarantee the accuracy of any odds, game results or information displayed on the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error or force majeure event, telor33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account balance. No compensation will be payable beyond the returned stake.

telor33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notice period. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" date.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, telor33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on file. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the telor33 platform after any updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support channel.
