Reality Checks

How to set a Deposit Limit
Log in to your telor33 account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly cap and enter your preferred MYR amount. The limit activates the moment you save it. If you later want to lower your cap, the change is immediate. If you want to raise it, a 24-hour waiting period applies before the higher limit takes effect — this cool-down is a deliberate safeguard, not an inconvenience.

How to request Self-Exclusion
Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. Select a duration — 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent — and confirm your choice. Your account is suspended immediately. telor33 will stop all promotional emails and bonus notifications for the entire exclusion period. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed early; you must wait until the exclusion period has fully lapsed. You can also request exclusion via the support team at any time.

How to activate Session Time Limits
Under Responsible Gambling settings, select Session Time Limits and choose your maximum session length in increments from 30 minutes to 8 hours. When a session reaches your limit, a full-screen prompt will appear giving you the option to stop playing or extend the session by one final 15-minute grace period only. After the grace period, the session ends automatically. You can also enable auto-logout, which closes the session immediately at the limit with no grace period option.

How Loss Limits and Reality Checks work
Loss limits are set in MYR over a rolling period you define. Once your net loss within that window matches your cap, gameplay is paused until the period resets naturally — you cannot override this mid-period. Reality checks appear as unobtrusive banners during active sessions at the frequency you set. Each banner shows elapsed time and current session P&L. Dismissing the banner counts as an active acknowledgment that you are aware of your session status and wish to continue — this brief moment of reflection is the core purpose of the tool.
